I recently stayed at Swissotel Jakarta Pik Avenue for three nights. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with friendly staff and a lovely pool, but there were a few hiccups, especially during the busy Eid holiday. The breakfast situation was a bit confusing, and I was disappointed to find the lounge was not accessible for children during the week.
